Information you provide:
Information collected automatically:
We share information only with the service providers and parties needed to run our business:
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain data with advertising partners, including Meta, for advertising purposes (which, depending on where you live, may be considered a "sale" or "share" under applicable law). See Section 8 for your rights and how to opt out.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel, to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools offered by Meta and the Digital Advertising Alliance, through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our website, or by using a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
If you opt in, we send marketing emails about Revive Teeth. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time; we will still send necessary transactional messages about your order.
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide remakes and support, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Dental impressions and the photos used to make your product are retained only as long as needed for manufacturing and any remakes, after which they are securely destroyed. Our manufacturing partner is contractually required to do the same. Any photos you have given separate written permission to use as a testimonial are retained and used under the terms of those permissions.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing and of the sale or sharing of your data. To make a request, email support@reviveteeth.com; we respond within 45 days of a verifiable request (extendable to 90 where the law allows).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our website. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing where required by law.
Washington residents (My Health My Data Act): Dental impressions and the photos used to make your product may be considered consumer health data under Washington law. We collect and share this data only as described in this policy and only to design, manufacture, and remake your product. We do not sell consumer health data. You have the right to access this data, to withdraw consent to its collection and sharing, and to have it deleted, by emailing support@reviveteeth.com.
Future international customers: We currently sell to US customers only. If we expand to the UK or EU, we will update this policy with full GDPR/UK-GDPR rights and a compliant cookie consent mechanism before doing so.
Most of your information is processed in the United States, where our providers (Shopify, Shopify Payments, Klaviyo, Meta, Octane AI) operate. Two parts of our process involve transfers outside the United States: (1) to manufacture your product, your dental impressions are sent to our manufacturing partner located outside the United States; and (2) our team may access customer data from locations outside the United States while operating the business. We require our manufacturing partner to use your impressions solely to make your product, to keep them confidential, and to destroy them afterward. Where information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Revive Veneers and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This product is not for use in children.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (SSL/TLS) transmission of your data, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Wyoming governing law applies to the interpretation of this policy as a contract; it does not limit the rights of customers in other states under their own consumer-privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA or Washington's My Health My Data Act), which apply based on where the customer lives, not where Revive Teeth is formed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date you interact with us applies, and we will post the updated date above.
