5. Risks Associated with Use

As with any removable oral appliance, use of Revive Veneers may be associated with temporary effects including, but not limited to, oral discomfort or pressure, transient speech changes, soft tissue irritation, or difficulty chewing or drinking. These effects are generally temporary and associated with the initial period of use. If you experience pain, significant irritation, soft tissue injury, bite changes, jaw pain, or any other unexpected adverse effects during or following use, you should discontinue use immediately and consult a licensed dentist. By using Revive Veneers, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with wearing a removable cosmetic oral appliance. Revive Teeth is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from use inconsistent with these instructions or applicable product labeling.
